Managing your message forwarding

You can redirect (or forward) your email messages from one mailbox to another. When you create a Forward, your email messages can be redirected to another location without the sender knowing the new address.

Note: You must have FTP access to use this feature.

Viewing your message forwarding

To view your message forwarding information:

  1. In the User Administrator window, click Email from the index in the left column.
  2. The Email Manager window opens.

  3. In the Email Manager window, click Forward .
  4. The Forward form opens and displays the forwarding email address.

Changing your message forwarding

To change your message forwarding recipient:

  1. In the User Administrator window, click Email from the index in the left column.
  2. The Email Manager window opens.

  3. In the Email Manager window, click Forward .
  4. The Forward form opens and displays the forwarding email address.

  5. In the Forward form, click Edit .
  6. The Editing Forward form opens.

  7. In the Forward To field, enter the email address where you want to forward your email messages.
  8. Click Save .
