Editing user information

At times, it might be necessary to change a user's information; for instance, to change a password or to grant a user access to an FTP server.

To edit user information:

  1. Start WEBppliance and log on as Site Administrator.
  2. On the Site Administrator page, click Users in the index on the left.
  3. The Users window opens, showing a list of the current users on your domain.

  4. In the Actions column, click beside the name of the user whose information you want to edit.

    The Edit Virtual User form opens.

  5. Change the user's information and click Save .
