Administering Users on a Domain

Once you add users to a domain, they can:

• Log onto the domain
• Send and receive email
• Upload files from the Internet

Before adding users to a domain, you might want to create a User Defaults template. This template is not required to add a user to a domain; however, it can make adding multiple users easier and faster by establishing default user values. A User Defaults template includes the:

• Amount of disk space each user will be allocated
• Server applications that will be available to the users

When you add a new user to a domain, WEBppliance will use these defaults unless you manually override them.
